About Facilitators: Erica Nguyễn, a certified Sound Practitioner in San Francisco, integrates Western and Eastern training from Nepal, California, Texas, and Bali. Caitlin Ryan is a 500hr RYT yoga teacher and certified sound healing therapist through Sound Embrace Institute. She combines her love of yoga, music, and sound to lead transformative classes and sound baths across the Bay Area.
