Richard Nicholls is one of the UK’s leading HMO sales and valuations experts. His experience in this space spans decades and he has visited and appraised thousands of HMOs and overseen a high volume of successfully completed sales.
Richard will be giving us an overview of the current HMO landscape, from a national perspective, and the opportunities and challenges that that creates. He will look at where the HMO market has been, where it's at currently, and where we expect it to go. He will look at who's buying them, finance levels, tenant demand, tenant sustainability - all around the UK.
