Surf, Pilates, & Coffee

This collaborative event is a thoughtfully curated wellness experince combining pilates, mindful intention setting, a surf-inspired educational workshop, and connection over great coffee!

Diamond Head Drip will be giving a 15% discount to all participants on all of their drinks and food!

What to Expect:

Begin your morning with coffee and community as we gather for check-in. Cualli Co. will lead a Pop Up Surf Basics session to get you moving and connected to the water sports lifestyle.

Diamond Head Drip keeps us fueled with a coffee or matcha break before we dive into a mindful exercise around micro-intentions for the year ahead.

The heart of our morning features a 40 minute Pilates session with ITC, designed to buld core, strength, balance, and the functional fitness surfers and outdoor enthusiasts need.

We'll close with more coffee, conversation, and the chance to connect with like-minded people who value wellness, sustainability, and coastal living.

No prior Pilates or surf experience is required to participate. Just bring your willingess to move, connect, and set powerful intetions for 2026!

What To Bring:

To support a seamless and elevated experience, participants are asked to:

• Bring a Pilates or yoga mat
• Wear comfortable, movement attire
• Bring a water bottle

Optional items include:

• Bala weights or light hand weights
• Shoes (practice may be barefoot or with shoes, based on personal preference)
• A journal, for reflection or intention-setting, if desired.

ITC Modern Pilates is founded by two sisters and it is a strenth-focused Pilates brand that blends power, alignment, and nervous system awareness to create intentional movement that leaves you grounded and energized.
