We are honored to offer four immersive breakout sessions dedicated to supporting expected mothers and fathers at this special community conference focused on maternal health, early childhood development, and family well-being.

These sessions are designed to create a calm and supportive environment for growing families. Through gentle sound healing, mindfulness, breath awareness, and guided relaxation, participants will be invited to reset their nervous system, deepen connection, and prepare emotionally and energetically for the journey into parenthood.

Our intention is to provide a peaceful space where both mothers and fathers can slow down, reconnect, and experience practices that support balance, presence, and inner ease during this transformative time.

Conference offerings include:

• English and Spanish sessions

• Prenatal stretching, mindfulness, and wellness experiences

• Free health screenings and access to supportive resources

• Diapers, wipes, and raffle prizes

• Breakfast, lunch, and healthy snacks

• Childcare and transportation assistance available
