We host monthly meetups at Levy Park where Muvas can walk, reset, connect, and breathe — stroller or not. Whether you’re pushing a baby, glowing with a bump, or just need a vibe check, you’re invited.

Hi, I’m Diamond — Houston mom and founder of Stroll Like a Muva.

Inspired by my daughter Draya, I created this walking club to help moms and moms-to-be reconnect with themselves, move their bodies, and build real community.

Whether you’re pushing a stroller or glowing with a baby bump, you’re welcome here.

Info: 9:45 AM – Check-In + Vibes
Arrive early to get settled, snap pics, grab water, and meet other Muvas. No stress if you’re running on mom time — we get it ??

10:00 AM – Walk Begins
We’ll stroll through Levy Park at a relaxed, stroller-friendly pace. Whether you’re pushing a stroller or glowing with a bump — you’re good.

10:30 AM – Soft Life Stop
We’ll pause for a mid-walk water break, casual convos, and Muva check-ins. Let the babies stretch or play while we connect.

11:00 AM – Wrap Up & Chill
End the walk with photo ops, hugs, and a reminder to treat yourself — because this is self-care, too ?

11:30 AM – Optional Park Hangout
Let the kids play at the splash pad, grab food or ice cream, or kick it with fellow Muvas under the trees. No pressure, just vibes.
