This Pride Month, join us for a meaningful Lunch & Learn focused on creating psychologically healthy and safe workplaces for 2SLGBTQIA+ colleagues and employees.
While Pride Month offers an important opportunity to reflect on inclusion, meaningful workplace support extends far beyond June.
This beginner-friendly session will explore how organizations can create environments where employees of all gender identities and sexual orientations feel seen, respected, and supported year-round.
Participants will gain insight into the unique and often hidden challenges 2SLGBTQIA+ employees may face in workplace settings, the impact discrimination can have on both individuals and teams, and the practical steps organizations can take to foster a culture of belonging.
Topics will include:
• Understanding hidden workplace challenges for 2SLGBTQIA+ employees
• How discrimination can show up in subtle ways
• The impact of exclusion on mental health and team wellbeing
• Preventative organizational policies and systems
• Practical communication tools for psychologically safe workplaces
• Everyday actions that foster inclusion and belonging
This interactive one-hour session will provide practical resources, communication strategies, and simple approaches you can integrate into your workplace immediately.
