This session is designed for individuals dealing with relationship challenges or the aftermath of divorce. Share your story, explore solutions, and connect with others who understand your journey in a safe, judgment-free environment.

Caregiving can be both rewarding and exhausting. This session offers a supportive space for caregivers to share their experiences, discuss the unique challenges they face, and learn coping strategies while connecting with others on a similar path.
Both sessions will be facilitated by experienced & professional psychologists, ensuring a confidential and empathetic atmosphere.
