Nigel Dugmore - A local Pharmacist will be attending to answer any queries you have regarding your medications and how /when it should be taken and what the contra- indications are.
🩹💊 So bring along your medication lists and queries for him to assist with. 🩹💊
Sharon Lee is a Reflexologist, that many members use. She will be working her way around the tables to give demonstrations and discuss how reflexology can benefit you with movement and easing of stiffness and pain. 🦶
Shirli / - Discussion topics World Parkinson's day on 11th April (craft patterns to hand out) and collect in completed tulip & we need more people to help man the two tables we will have in Waitrose in Newport and Albrighton Garden Center

Then we have a great band who will be playing some faves from the 60s/70s/80s for us to sing along too or have a bop if we wish too ( or still can 😂 )
