The June instalment of our Supper Club, a special evening celebrating the best seasonal produce. A chance to gather with friends and family around a beautiful six-course menu.—
The Menu
snacks
• Asparagus, + cured egg yolk.
• Lobster + kosho croustade.
• Smoked aubergine flat bread.
starter
• Dungeness crab tart, brown crab mayonnaise + sea herbs.
main
• Barbequed Spratsbourne lamb shoulder, smoked chilli dressing + chimichurri.
• Barley salad, soft herbs + citrus dressing.
• Runner beans with chilli + garlic.
• Charred courgettes + grelot onions.
• Flat bread brushed, lamb fat + rosemary.
dessert
• Kentish Strawberry tart, meadowsweet cream + elderflower.
