ALL WOMEN'S PADDLES ARE BACK!! Every Last Friday of the Month! Join SUP Pups and The Risk Chick for our monthly, women only, Wellness SUP Social to make new friends and connections with incredible San Diego Women.Friday, June 28th at 6PM at SUP Pups & West Coast Paddle in Liberty Station behind the Courtyard Marriott Hotel.
Come solo, bring your pup or a friend - Start with a pre-stretch Yoga Session on land first and paddle out together down the Liberty Station waterway. After our paddle enjoy a bonfire, snacks and refreshments provided by Samantha at SUP Pups.
You can do one or both! Board rentals available, please bring your own yoga mat or towel. Dogs are more than welcome to come!
Special Guests!
- Lorraine with the Risk Chick will be teaching a pre-stretch yoga class on land before we paddle that is dog friendly!
- Light UP Pups who will be there with light up collars and leashes if you like to purchase for your pup's adventures after the sun goes down!
- iMPROV Booze-Free Cocktails will be there donating non-alcoholic refreshments for you to enjoy
- Yoga Six Point Loma donated FREE UNLIMITED MONTH FOR ALL ATTENDEES + a Friend!
We HIGHLY advise that if you have never SUP'ed before with your dog that you take our Private Lesson first before coming.

6:00PM : Meet and Greet!
Grab your name tag - PUPPY PLAY TIME! Socialize the Dogs, let them get some energy out first! Get set up for some YOGA!
6:15PM: Land Yoga with Lorraine
7:00PM : Group Paddle down Liberty Station waterway.
SUP Pups owner Samantha will take action photos and videos capturing your beautiful smile on the water.
8:00PM : Hang out & Socialize!
Bring a chair, hang out at the bonfire, enjoy the snacks and refreshments and make new connections!
DOGS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME | MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES.

SUP Pups will provide a mini paddle board lesson before departure, tips and tricks, paddle board rental, dog life vest, human life vest, AND on the water photos!

Departing out of our location behind the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Liberty Station, San Diego. The water way is a calm channel ending in a dead end and is in a no-wake zone. Be very cautious of the surrounding rocks and oysters.
There are bathrooms located nearby in NTC Park and please keep your dog on a leash at all times.
