Let’s keep the work flowing!!!
The new moon is a powerful time for manifestation, as it symbolizes new beginnings and fresh starts. During this phase, the moon is not visible from Earth, representing a blank slate and the perfect opportunity to set intentions for the upcoming lunar cycle. We come will come together to harness the energy of this super new moon and the beginning of Spring to plant the seeds for the future and align our thoughts and aspirations to cultivate a mindset of abundance in this new cycle.
We want to go deeper this month by digging into your insights and create additional awareness to your hopes and aspirations for this new cycle. We will use the Wellness Wheel as a conscious guide, then go further with a guided meditation with a sound bath journey. We will also have a little fun setting up a Vision Board Bingo card to keep us engaged all year long on what we want to manifest.
Please bring your favorite journal and an item to place on the altar if you choose. You are welcome to bring your yoga mat, blanket, and/or whatever you need to feel comfortable lying on the floor for an hour. There will be chairs and back jacks available for anyone who would prefer not to lie down.
