ビーチでのサウンドヒーリングセッションは、波の音と自然の音に包まれながら、自然環境からエネルギーを受け取ることができ、更なる深い癒しを期待して頂けます。ハワイのマナの高波動を音浴と、レイキセラピーと共に体感して頂ける、サウンドヒーリング・ハワイのサウンドバスを是非ご体験ください。

• 初めにパロサントのお清めで身体に溜まった不要なエナジーを取り払うお手伝いを致します。自由席となりますので、お早めにご到着下さい。

• 軽いウォームアップをしてからサウンドバスを行いますので、身体を動かせる楽な服装でご参加下さい。

• サウンドバスをお受けになる際は、十分に水分補給をなさる事をお勧め致します。常温・又は暖かいお水をご用意下さい。

• ビーチに横たわるために敷く物、日が暮れると肌寒くなるのでブランケットか上着、街灯がとても明るいので目を覆うアイマスク、必要に応じて枕など、ご自身がゆったりとくつろぐ為に必要なアイテムをお持ちになる事をお勧めします。万が一の急な雨にも対応出来るような物をお持ち下さい。
