SUP Yoga is back at Lagoon Watersports for the Summer !
Sasha (Moxie Unleashed) is thrilled to be collaborating with Lee from Board & Balance & Lagoon Watersports to bring you SUP Yoga on Tuesday evenings 6.30pm-7.30pm and Sunday mornings 9am-10am from 3rd June.
Bring your yoga practice onto the water, reconnect with the elements, increase focus with a mindful practice that really challenges your core and have a whole heap of fun!
SUP yoga adds a new dimension to your practice and is suitable for complete beginners and experienced yogis/paddlers.
Connecting with nature, breathing in the fresh air and being on water helps to heal the mind and the body, leaving you feeling relaxed and refreshed after your session.
If the conditions are right, we can head to the beach for an optional sea dip. Come prepared!
Sessions are 60 mins
Open to members & non-members
Suitable for all levels.
You do not need to know how to paddleboard.
