Take your yoga practice to the next level- on the water with a standup paddleboard!

Try this new unique experience with Kaitlyn! All levels are welcome to join, & we understand you might feel anxious trying something new; but know that there is no judgement in these classes! We're all just looking to enjoy the summer months of Michigan! :)

Woods Lake near Oakland/Parkview Ave
There is lots of parking available. We'll meet down on the beach front for a small land lesson & then take a short paddle around the lake before settling into our practice!

5 SUP Boards are available to rent per session!
*3 participants minimum to hold event

***Note: There are two pricing options to pick when signing up for class- with a rental SUP board provided by the studio & without (meaning you will be bringing your own board)! Please choose accordingly!***

$40 with board / $30 for members
$30 without board / $20 without board for members
