Bring your own Board and join us for the best kind of board meeting with our SUP Certified instructor Julie Moore! We will have a short lesson on land, a light paddle and then an amazing yoga practice on the board. Paddle back in a zen like state! All levels welcome. Helps to promote mindfulness and increase strength and balance. No experience necessary, just an adventurous spirit.
