Join Sheree Corbett and Laruen Byram for a 90-minute prenatal workshop designed to help you understand support and connect with your pelvic floor during pregnancy. Through a blend of education breathwork yoga and Pilates you’ll learn how to build core awareness relieve tension and prepare your body for birth with confidence and intention.
This experience is for all stages of pregnancy and all levels of experience. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth this workshop offers tools to support your changing body with strength compassion and clarity.
