Come join me for SUP yoga! No experience with yoga or on a paddle board required! The class itself will be around an hour. We take time with some paddle board instruction, safety briefing, and paddling prior to anchoring our boards for class. This class is intended for beginners as well as experienced yogis and paddle boarders. All postures can be modified to your comfort level! I will require prepayment of $45 if you need to rent a board, $30 if you have your own. Of course this class is dependent on the weather. You can either choose to reschedule or get a refund if cancellations happen due to bad weather. If you need to cancel, please give me a 24 hour notice. If cancellations are less then a 24 hours, you will get a refund minus a $15 cancellation fee. Payment can be made through Apple Pay, CashApp or Venmo. If you have any questions, please let me know!
