Offering a tranquil 90 minute paddleboard yoga session, or a fun 90 minute Intro to Paddleboarding Session, at Leybourne Lake Watersports Centre.

Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga is a wonderful way to immerse yourself in nature, using the board as a yoga mat, and the lake as our studio. We adapt the practice, starting off with calm, stable postures, getting used to the movement of the board. The practice is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners to paddleboarding and/or Yoga, so as we flow through the practice, there will be choices and modifications to suit each person (including you!). We will have some fun along the way, and will finish with a lovely relaxation on the water, leaving you calm and balanced.
The Intro to SUP lessons are suitable for complete beginners and those who would like to gain more confidence on the board. During the session you will be given an introduction to how the weather and environment affects you, how to carry the board and paddle, paddling technique, different types of turns, self rescue and how to fall safely. The aim is to increase your confidence, whilst having fun!
Board hire is included in all lesson types (although please feel free to bring your own board if you'd like to). And there are bouyancy aids and wetsuits available too. Please bring:
* A big smile,
* A towel and change of clothes for afterwards,
* A drink, sun cream and sun hat for on the water (and layers if it's windy/chilly)
