Roll out your mats in the Button Backyard for an all-skill level flow yoga with Allison. Relax as she guides you through creating mindful awareness of breath and movement.
Then reward yourself with a delicious selection fo BBH brews.
Yoga Class:
$10 per person [CASH ONLY]
includes 1 hour of flow yoga + 1 pint
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to set up your mat.
