It’s the perfect mix of movement, mindfulness, and main-character energy. This experience was designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and soak up every second of summer.
Hosted by , one of Montreal’s most vibrant dance & fitness studios, Sunset Yoga with Silent Disco Headsets is a one-of-a-kind experience to live in the summer of Montreal.

We provide everything, including yoga mats and equipment, headsets, water and some surprises for first-timers! Just come and have fun!
