With simple yet powerful movements and calming breathwork, this all-level class will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready to tackle whatever life throws your way.
Grab your favorite yoga mat, rock your comfiest clothes, and bring some water to stay hydrated. Don’t have a mat? No worries — we have extra mats and yoga blocks for you to borrow.

Meet the Instructor:
Hi, I’m Margaret Toland. My husband is a Denison Grad (’98), and we moved back to Granville in 2020 after 16 years of life out West in Arizona. I’m a yogi of 20+ years, trained primarily in Vinyasa (flow) Yoga. I’m also a Certified Holistic Fitness Specialist and social worker by trade. I enjoy combining the practices of both vocations by using breathwork and movement to help clients balance their energies, reduce anxieties, increase optimism and empowerment, and enhance overall well-being. I offer a variety of options throughout each practice so newcomers and veteran yogis alike can comfortably explore my classes.
