Sunset Yoga Hiking Experience

Hiking, yoga, & sunsets…these are a few of my favorite things!
Let’s enjoy them together!
These pop-up hiking/yoga experiences will happen once a month July-September. We will be weaving in a walk with yoga and playtime…the idea is that you won’t need a mat, just some good shoes for trail walking (along with water & bug spray).
We will meet near the picnic table pavilion to gather before we walk into the hills for a bit. We will observe the beautiful natural surroundings as we stop, drop, and do some yoga. Then, we’ll walk some more…before we stop for even more yoga!
We’ll leave time to play a bit (think hill rolling, cartwheels and more to embrace the inner child within).
Class will be timed to end just before sunset so we can walk back to the pavilion together before dark.
