Sunset Yoga at Service Club Beach every Wednesday evening, an hour before sunset! Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Sunset Yoga session led by Cassandra.
Class cost is $10. Venmo is @CassandraHeggan or cash accepted.
Cassandra is a Registered and Insured Yoga Teacher, RYT-200 who has trained extensively in India and has nearly a decade of teaching experience. She offers relaxing yoga sessions on the beach for all to enjoy the benefits of Yoga.
This all-levels class is designed to help you unwind, connect with nature, and leave feeling refreshed and grounded. Please bring a blanket or yoga mat to practice on. Class accepts all levels but requires generally healthy and mobile students. Please inform the instructor, Cassandra at arrival if you have any injuries so she can make adjustments to your practice.
