Join us for a beautiful sunset experience beginning with an intentional breathwork journey, followed by a grounding yoga flow to help you release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body.
No experience needed. No expectations. Just bring yourself, your yoga mat, water, and willingness to unwind and receive.
