Puppy Yoga @ Dogtopia Stone Oak

Unwind, stretch, and cuddle! Join us for a morning of pure bliss where downward dog meets... actual dogs. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just here for the puppy breath, this event is the perfect way to kick off your weekend with a smile.

We’re bringing together the best of both worlds: physical wellness and furry companionship. This session is designed to de-stress your mind and socialize our adorable rescue pups.

• 45 Minutes of Yoga: A flow suitable for all levels. Don't be surprised if a puppy wanders onto your mat for a "hands-on" adjustment!
• 15 Minutes of Playtime: Stick around after the flow for dedicated cuddles, photos, and playtime with the pups.

• Date: Saturday, May 23
• Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Location: Dogtopia of Stone Oak
• Adults: $30
• 16 & Under: $15

All puppies featured in our class are provided by The Lucky Spot Dog Rescue. They are all looking for their "furever" homes and are available for adoption! If you fall in love during savasana, rescue representatives will be on-site to discuss the adoption process.

3. An Open Heart: And maybe some space in your car, just in case you find "the one."

Note: Please leave your personal pets at home for this specific event! We provide the puppies so our rescue guests get the socialization they need.
