✨ Creado y guiado por una coach holística de salud y nutrición, y entrenadora personal de bienestar, este espacio está diseñado para personas que sienten que este es el momento adecuado para cuidarse de una manera diferente. Personas que valoran la calidad, la intención, la inteligencia y el bienestar a largo plazo.
🧘 Cada sesión semanal ofrece una combinación única de prácticas, accesibles para todos los niveles, que incluyen:
- Movimiento consciente, yoga, estiramientos y fortalecimiento
- Danza extática y libre expresión
- Respiración consciente (breathwork) y regulación del sistema nervioso
- Técnicas de mindfulness y meditación guiada
