We’re so delighted to be returning for our fourth year of holding these beautiful elemental evenings at the healing waters of Swim Six Hills.
There is something truly special about gathering by the lake in the warmth of summer—immersing yourself in the restorative power of open water, before settling onto the decking and earth to be bathed in therapeutic sound as the sun begins to set.
Swim & Sound is a unique opportunity to experience an invigorating open water swim, followed by an outdoor Sound Bath with Berry & Bloom, and time to pause, connect and savour the beauty of a summer evening.
Water is a powerful carrier of frequency—holding, amplifying and transmitting energy. Immersing ourselves in natural water can help regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, elevate mood and create a profound sense of clarity and calm. Combined with the healing vibrations of sound, this creates a deeply restorative experience for mind, body and spirit.
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience using planetary tuned gongs, quartz crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and percussion to guide you into a meditative state. It is an invitation to slow down, unplug from everyday life and allow gentle yet powerful therapeutic shifts to unfold.
Surrounded by nature, with the sounds of the lake and the warmth of the fading sun, experiencing sound outdoors adds another layer of connection—grounding you more deeply into the present moment.
Friday 7th August timings�
Swim: 6pm–7pm
�Refreshments: 7pm–7.30pm� (Coffee shop open for drinks & cake ☕🍰)�
Sound Bath: 7.30pm–8.45pm
£45 per person
Please bring:�✨ A yoga mat or blanket to lie on, you're welcome to bring a chair or beanbag too�✨ A cushion for your head / knees�✨ Warm layers�✨ A blanket�✨ An eye mask (optional)
