So, I’ve created a space to step away from all the appointments, advice and endless to-do lists for a while. Join me for a relaxed evening of connection, guided relaxation and hopefully the odd laugh or two.
Whether you’re expecting your first baby or your fifth, this is a chance to slow down, switch off and spend some time focusing on you.
✨ No pressure
✨ No awkward icebreakers
✨ No need to have anything figured out
Just a warm welcome, a hot drink and a little breathing space.
And yes, if you’re navigating the summer holidays whilst growing a human, you’re especially welcome too.
