A BLEND OF FUN, FITNESS AND TRANQUILITY ON THE WATER!
SUP Yoga classes on a private, calm and peaceful clear & clean freshwater lake just outside Knaresborough in North Yorkshire. Perfect for watching the sunset as you practice Yoga on your SUP.
You don't need to be a competent paddler or experienced Yogi, but a little confidence being on (and in) the water will help. Sessions are 1 and 3/4hrs and you have the option to bring your own SUP:
