What to expect?

Join us in the pinewoods for a slow, sensory afternoon of connection, creativity, and woodland immersion.

We’ll begin by exploring the woodland through a gentle introduction to forest bathing, guided by Samantha from Fleeting Fern. Through simple invitations, meditation, and moments of stillness, you’ll be supported to awaken the senses, ground the body, and deepen your connection to the living forest around you.

From there, Amelia of Holding Space will lead us in stewing up our own natural inks using foraged materials from the forest floor. We’ll slow down, experiment with earthy colour, and put ink to paper—embracing mark-making as a response to place rather than perfection.

Along the way we’ll pause for a warming drink, time to chat, reflect, and connect with one another in a relaxed and welcoming space.

What to bring & considerations

• Wear warm, waterproof clothing
• Walking boots or shoes you don’t mind getting dirty.

• A mug if you have one - although I have some you can borrow!
• We will be sitting or lying on the ground, please bring something to sit on- sit mat, picnic mat, chair, yoga mat stool etc. (again I have some you can borrow!)
• We will be walking on uneven ground.
• Please let me know of any medical issues you feel are relivant before hand.
