Sunset Sound + Self Care Sunday

Under the fiery Aries Full Moon, we gather for an evening of deep restoration and renewal. The evening begins with The Kinect Method, a body-based healing practice by somatic practitioner Angie Wong that uses myofascial release, movement, and nervous-system regulation to melt stress, restore presence, and reconnect you with the body as a source of truth and vitality.

We’ll then flow into a Celestial Full Moon Sound Healing Journey led by Shehera, where the vibrations of the alchemy crystal bowls help release what’s ready to be cleared and open your heart to new beginnings. Under the Aries moonlight, this sunset experience is pure self-care and a sacred reset for body, mind, and soul.
