Sunset Sound Bath at East Village Spa: Jan. 2, 2025

Note this is the Thursday Jan. 2nd Sound Bath session.

Mindia Dennis, LMT, will lead small groups in a sound bowl meditation in East Village Spa's northwest corner room overlooking downtown during sunset. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat and blanket, we'll have towels and pillows to help you find a comfortable spot to relax so your mind can drift away During a 30 minute session.

Arrival for all sessions is 4:30 (the room will open at 4:20) to get comfortable and sip tea or water before. Nobody will be admitted after 4:40 when the meditation starts.

After the sound bath on December 26th and Jan. 2 (Thursdays) you are welcome to continue relaxing with a calming cup of tea if you wish (bring a journal if you'd like a quiet space to jot down ideas) or browse retail at the spa. No rush to leave! in December 27th (Friday) the spa will close at 5:30 so we won't have as long to linger afterward, but can recommend great spots nearby if you don't want to go home right away.
