Saturday 8/1 from 7-9pm at Rocky River Reservation - Stinchcomb Memorial. An evening of guided and mindful gentle movement followed with a soundbath at the park. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, some water, an open mind and heart. See you then :)

Directions Notes: There is an uphill drive entrance to the memorial halfway up Hogsback Lane (which is between Valley Pkwy and Riverside Drive).
