Join us as the sun sets - feet in the sand, sea sparkling, mountains framing our outdoor dance-floor. Come move, groove, wiggle, jiggle and jive as we celebrate this beautiful life!
🌞 WHAT TO EXPECT 🌞
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
