Sahaja Yoga Meditation - Every Saturday

Every Saturday except when the Library is closed, such as public holidays.

A unique form of meditation rooted in ancient knowledge.

It begins with a meditative experience that is effortless and spontaneous. With this very first experience (known as Self-Realization) you gain a new dimension in your awareness. Anybody can do it. Practice for a few days and you should witness positive changes within yourself.

Each roughly 1 hour session comprises of a guided meditation imparting of information and sometimes an instructional video.

A series of sessions that provide guidance and information on Sahaja Yoga and the techniques including a guided meditation session.

The classes are open to all and are always free of charge.
