There are just a few spaces remaining for our beautiful Sunset Mini Retreat at Frith Farm, and we would love to welcome you. 🤍
🌅 Saturday 5th September | 6.30–8.30pm
📍 Frith Farm, Hull Bridge Road, Beverley, HU17 9RS
As the sun begins to set over the farm, gift yourself two precious hours to simply stop, breathe, receive and be.
We’ll begin with gentle, nourishing Dru Yoga, before settling into a deeply relaxing guided meditation, flowing seamlessly into an immersive journey through healing sound and vibration.
We’ll close our evening slowly with grounding, connection and delicious food and refreshments — allowing time to come back together before heading home feeling lighter, calmer and beautifully restored. 🌿
Yoga mats and cushions are provided, but please bring anything else that will make you extra comfortable — pillows, blankets, warm layers or your favourite cosy things are very welcome. Comfort is always a bonus, particularly as the evening cools.
