We will explore the resonant tones of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, alongside the expansive frequencies of the gong—each sound carefully chosen to support your energetic balance and inner peace.

🌓 How to Prepare:
Bring anything you need to feel warm and supported—a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, warm socks.
Water is recommended, as the vibrational therapy can trigger a gentle detoxification process.
Eye coverings will be provided to enhance your relaxation.
Final tip: simply surrender and immerse yourself in the experience.
