~ WEEKEND BEACH VINYASSA 🌊 ~ Join us by the sea as we ground through breath, vinyasa flow and a short opening meditation on the shore. Expect soft sand underfoot, the sound of waves nearby, and spaciousness to reconnect with yourself. After class, you're invited to join an optional sea swim. The perfect start to the day.
Please bring a yoga mat (reach out if you need to borrow), water, sunscreen and wear layers. Try to arrive on time so we can begin together at 7:30 AM, thank you. £10 per person.
Meet me where the sky meets the sea
Meeting point: When facing Boscombe Pier with the sea in front of you, turn left and walk towards Southbourne. We’ll gather two groynes up from the pier, just slightly away from the main busy stretch of beach. What3words - entertainer.flip.prom

Join us on the third Saturday of every month, a soulful rhythm of three monthly classes throughout the summer. On the first Friday (morning vinyasa), third Saturday (morning vinyasa), fourth Wednesday (evening gentle yoga, meditation & bonfire)
Meeting Point
We’ll meet two groynes east of Boscombe Pier (towards Southbourne). From Sea Road, walk to the promenade, turn left, and continue past Urban Reef and the beach huts until you reach a small public toilet block. We’ll be on the sand in front of that.
