Sunset Garden Meditation

Did you know plants have a circadian rhythm just like us? Join us for our monthly meditation at Merrihew's Sunset Gardens with teacher Jess Mack.

We'll begin with a plant-themed dharma talk, followed by a guided meditation where you'll settle into the sounds of the garden as the plants prepare for sleep.

Reconnect with your breath and the ground beneath you as the week winds down.

Chairs and blankets available, but please bring any additional cushions, mats, or layers you need to feel comfortable. Please dress warm!

All levels + ages welcome. Space is limited. Plus all meditation participants receive 10% off all day-of purchases at Merrihew's.
