Sunset Garden Meditation

Did you know plants have a circadian rhythm just like us? Through the end of 2024 we're excited to offer a vibe-y evening take on our monthly morning garden meditations.

We'll gather around a fire as the sun sets and the full moon rises, settling in to meditate with the plants in the garden. We'll begin with some ambient live hand pan drum music by Moshir Safavi, then a plant-themed dharma talk by Buddhist meditation teacher Jess Mack, follwed by a guided meditation where you'll settle into the sounds of the garden as the plants prepare for sleep.

Reconnect with your breath and the ground beneath you as the week winds down.

Chairs and blankets available, but please bring any additional cushions, mats, or layers you need to feel comfortable.

All levels + ages welcome. Space is limited.

Tickets: $20 online - $25 at the door

Jess Mack is a yoga + meditation teacher, writer + creative based in Santa Monica. Plants, trees, and the natural world have been central in her ongoing journey to be more present, grounded, and joyful. She often weaves these themes into her classes and workshops, and is passionate about creating space where people can reconnect to themselves and the natural world. Learn more about Jess.

We carry a large variety of indoor houseplants, veggies, herbs, fruit trees/vines, succulents & cactus, CA natives, Australia natives, South African natives, annuals, perennials, and many more! We provide a living space for various community events.
