Sunset Flow is a rooftop restorative workout designed to bring people together through movement, intention, and genuine connection.

Hosted by Core By Cole, Sunset Flow takes place at the Rooftop Terrace at The Sporting Club at The Bellevue in the heart of Philadelphia.

We will begin by setting an intention, ease into a grounding stretch, move through a Pilates class led by McKenzie of Moreyfit, and close with a restorative stretch that brings your body back to center.

Then stay for our Social Hour to Connect. Meet people who are also making space for movement, restoration, and community.

Come for the Pilates. Leave with a little more clarity, a little more energy, and a few new people in your corner.

Your ticket includes:

• A mat for the workout
• 45 minutes pilates session
• two stretch sessions (warm up, cool down)
