Join award winning author and meditation facilitator Natasha Sumner for an intimate evening of guided meditation, warm ceremonial cocoa and meaningful conversation.
We'll begin with a gentle candlelit meditation designed to help you slow down, settle into the present moment, and step away from the noise of daily life. From there, we'll gather in a welcoming circle for thoughtfully facilitated conversations that invite reflection, authentic sharing, and genuine connection.
Warm cacao will be served as we gather in a candlelit space overlooking the sunset.
This is not a networking event and there is no pressure to share beyond your comfort level. Whether you come alone or with a friend, you'll be welcomed into a relaxed and supportive environment where meaningful conversations can unfold naturally.
