Join us for a cozy, heart-opening evening with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath! We’ll sip ceremonial cacao to ground, uplift, and open our hearts, then relax into the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls for deep healing and balance.

Cacao is known as a “heart medicine” for its ability to foster connection, creativity, and emotional openness. It helps reduce stress, increase focus, and support a deeper relationship with yourself and others. Rich in antioxidants and mood-boosting compounds like magnesium and anandamide, cacao enhances clarity, joy, and a sense of well-being.

This ceremony will be held outside at Sloans Lake near the North Bathrooms. We will be near the intersection of W Byron Place and Wolff St.
