Sunset Beach Groove

Groove on the beach is a chance to reset, reconnect, and get your dose of Vitamin "Sea" through movement and community.

No mirrors.
No routines.
No pressure.
No right or wrong steps.
Just you, the ocean, and a groovy community dancing together at sunset.
Join us for an epic sunset Groove.

We dance "Silent Disco" style meaning you'll have special headsets to hear me and the music. I have enough headsets for 20 Groovers so DM me to reserve yours!

After we Groove, hang out for a few minutes, share a snack and just soak up the moon's glow.

Bring: a towel/blanket, water, comfy clothes, an open mind.
