This in-person event is all about uplifting your spirits, nourishing your body, mind and soul. The beach provides the natural elements as we guide you through gentle yoga, sound vibration and energy healing. Gift yourself this experience, elevate your energy and embrace the power of self care.

Event starts promptly at 9:30am
**Please arrive 15 min early to give yourself time to park, check in and meet us at the Beach on Wyoming Avenue Beach in Long Beach, New York.
Event Price does not include a beach pass
Please Bring: yoga mat (towel or blanket) light clothing weather appropriate, water bottle
9:30-10:20 Gentle Yoga, Breathwork and Movement
This event will start with a breathwork, light yoga sequence designed to help create space in the body, rejuvenate and revitalize. Release amongst the elements, taking the time to nurture your soul.
10:20-10:30 Guided Meditation & Reiki Healing
Reiki healing promotes stress reduction and relaxation by balancing one's physical, mental, spiritual and emotional systems, allowing the body to activate its own powerful self-healing abilities. Reiki is "universal life force energy" that flows all around us and through us.
10:30-11:00 Sound Healing & Reiki Healing
Through the use of sound & vibration healing will facilitate a gentle, yet powerful offering soothing the body's natural healing rhythms. Vibrating a continuous dance of energy in perfect connection with the natural elements the beach provides us.
11:00-12:00p High Vibe Brunch & Live Music
