Sunset at the Basin
About this Event
Watch the light change over the water as the first walk of the season eases everyone back into it.
We're meeting at Panmure Skate Park on Lagoon Drive and wandering along the Panmure Basin as afternoon turns into evening. There's wildlife, boats, and a run of hidden little light displays across the water that only show up if you're paying attention.
As the day loosens its grip and the light starts to soften, we'll be walking through the in-between moments where the Basin quietly changes character. It's a good spot to follow the light rather than chase it — let the frame come to you instead of hunting for it.
No theme, no pressure.
You'll be walking alongside a friendly, easygoing group of photographers, all looking at the same stretch of water and seeing something slightly different in it.
