Let's Celebrate the Summer Solstice by welcoming the sun together! The YMCA and CDLT are partnering to offer a fun opportunity to stay active and spend time outdoors this summer. Join the YMCA Yoga Instructor at the Horse Lake Reserve for a quite morning outdoors doing Sunrise Yoga.
Registration is encouraged. The YMCA will provide yoga mats for you to borrow if you do not have one.
