Watch the sunrise over the water as we engage in an all levels yoga flow on the water that takes use from seated to standing. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!Please be sure to bring water and sunscreen and a towel, and keep an eye on Mindbody and social media in case nature quite literally rains on our parade and class has to be canceled.
