Please join us on Sunday, August 31st to experience a “Max Meditation” with AWE (Amazing Women Emerging). Max Meditation is a guided meditation that both meditation novices and mindfulness masters can equally enjoy and benefit from. It is a system for Deep Relaxation with many reporting that it feels like a mini healing in and of itself. The session begins with a deep relaxation exercise, where you are guided to relax the body, once the body is relaxed it becomes easier to relax the mind, and attain those states of calm, focus and stillness where all the benefits of meditation are realized.
AWE is a monthly gathering of women ready to expand their world through deeper awareness and connection to self and spirit. If you’re a woman and local to Melbourne, FL you are welcome to join their Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/amazingwomenemerging/)
