About Devina

Devina is a certified 500 Hours Yoga Alliance with teaching experience of more than 1000 hours. She teaches vinyasa, hatha, Inside Flow, Restoratives and Yin. Her journey began 7 years ago as a response to chronic back pain caused by long hours of sitting at a desk. Struggling with discomfort and stiffness, she turned to yoga for relief and discovered its profound benefits. This practice not only alleviated her pain but also improved her overall well-being. Inspired by her transformation, she became a yoga teacher to help others facing similar challenges.

She took 200 hour teacher training in 2021 in Bali and another 300 hour teacher training in 2023 in Rishikesh, India. In 2022, she also took another 200 hour of teacher training for a different style of yoga called Inside Flow. Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga that combines music, breath, and movement. This fusion of movement, breath, and music allows for personal expression, enabling practitioners to explore and connect with their unique rhythm and sensations.

In her classes, she creates a supportive environment where students are encouraged to explore their unique rhythms and personal expressions. She believes in the power of yoga to heal and empower, helping individuals build resilience, improve flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness. Her approach is inclusive and adaptable, catering to various levels and needs, ensuring that each student feels seen and supported.

Beyond the mat, she committed to continuous learning and growth, staying current with the latest developments in yoga practice and philosophy. Her mission is to inspire others to embark on their own journey of self-discovery and healing through yoga, guiding them towards greater health, happiness, and harmony.
